• All options include a one hour assessment. The assessment allows for physical observation and testing as well as discussion of your health and fitness goals. It's also an opportunity for those new or returning to fitness to get a sense of what they need to work on and how we'll target those issues together.
• For those electing to train with me once weekly a scripted workout is made available so clients can repeat workouts on their own.
• While determined by fitness level, the majority of beginner clients need minimal equipment.
• Most workouts use bands, dumbbells or kettlebells, balance pads, stability or medicine balls, and bodyweight.
